SPL은 high-throughput 분석을 위한 384 HT Plate를 제작하고 있습니다.
많은 연구 기관에서 SPL 384 well 제품을 이용한 형광 및 발광 분석이 성공적으로 수행되었습니다.
SPL Plate는 high signal, low background 특성을 보입니다.
▫ White plate : Luminescence assay 실험; 최대한의 반사 능력과 최소한의 교차 간섭 능력
▫ Black plate : Fluorescence assay 실험; 최소한의 빛 산란과 교차 간섭 능력
▫ Maxibinding : 친수성 및 소수성의 성질을 가진 단백질 및 다른 분자들의 (예: IgG) 높은 높은 부착력을
위해 특수 처리된 polystyrene 표면. (대부분의 ELISA실험에 추천)
▫ Unibinding : 소수성 분자 부착 용이 표면. (Antigen ELISA)
SPL Life Sciences provides high quality 384 HT Plates for high throughput research laboratories. Fluorescence and luminescence assays have been successfully tested with SPL 384 HT Plates, results featuring high signal with low background.
▫ White plates : maximum reflection and minimum cross-talk for luminescence assay.
▫ Black plates : minimum light scattering and cross-talk during fluorescence assay.
▫ Maxibinding: Modified polystyrene surface for a higher binding capacity forproteins and other
molecules with both hydrophilic and hydrophobic regions, such as immunoglobulins.
(Recommended for most ELISA experiments)
▫ Unibinding : This polystyrene surface is suitable for adsorption of hydrophobic molecules.
